class="tx">和尙授戒其时已定。于人人得戒何必可</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b12"/><span class="tx">论前後之殊乎。故犹可坐沙弥本位欤。或</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b13"/><span class="tx">于众中取筹可定其上下也</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b14"/><span class="tx">一。不可为年未满二十人。辄授菩萨大</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b15"/><span class="tx">僧戒事</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b16"/><span class="tx">右二十未满是十遮其一。不得受具足戒。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b17"/><span class="tx">虽是小捡。出家菩萨必须行用。山家古仪</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b18"/><span class="tx">又以如斯。智证大师授戒之日。于问遮</span> <lb ed="T" n="0528b19"/><span class="tx">章。准律被加问年满<span style="font-size:8">ルヤ</span>二十不<span n="0529a14"/><span class="tx">一。可衣钵道具体色如法事</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a15"/><span class="tx">右三衣遮绢南山一家之所立。一钵離<span style="font-size:8">スルハ</span>木</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a16"/><span class="tx">是小宗一途之所制也。今我一众<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>衣<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>不择</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a17"/><span class="tx">绢布。钵不拣木铁。随缘而作。随得而用。虽</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a18"/><span class="tx">然体色量等犹须如法所谓绫罗锦绮纱縠</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a19"/><span class="tx">等及细薄生疏之类。华绮文綵之财。悉不可</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a20"/><span class="tx">用。律中所开唯是厚密平绢熟緻紬绢而已。</span> <lb class="tx">寺禁制式。可用唐袈裟色</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">是则律中木</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a24"/><span class="tx">兰色俗称香染色者是也。但中古以来风俗</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a25"/><span class="tx">渐变。今时僧徒法主和尙多著木兰。堂中众</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a26"/><span class="tx">僧共被黑色。此亦无过。量有通局。如律</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a27"/><span class="tx">所明而已。钵通木铁。虽异律仪。大教所</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a28"/><span class="tx">开烈祖所用。然木<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>骨<span style="font-size:8">トシ</span>布漆離<span style="font-size:8">スへシ</span>垢腻。过量</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529a29"/><span class="tx">有三品。祖师应器多是下品。形相图样莫</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b01"/><span class="tx">坠旧风。座具体色如律所明。不可异袈</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b02"/><span class="tx">裟。而祖师道具中有绫罗座具量过二<ruby chr="チヤク">搩</ruby>。或</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b03"/><span class="tx">可是长财。必不可好用欤。又世多单作。不</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b04"/><span class="tx">应本制。必可褈复耳。凡出家行仪俭素为</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b05"/><span class="tx">体。而人要华饰。寧道人所怀乎。纵见小</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b06"/><span class="tx">利犹应谨愼。慈惠大师二十六条式云。绫罗</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b07"/><span class="tx">绵绮一切停止。其外之色新旧粗细只可随</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b08"/><span class="tx">一。不可畜不说净长衣长财事</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b11"/><span class="tx">右上士深山绝域不须温厚。中根三衣粪</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b12"/><span class="tx">扫<span style="font-size:8">ニ𬼀</span>行头陀事。非下機之所及。非末代之</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b13"/><span class="tx">所堪。故<persName>如来</persName>慈愍<span style="font-size:8">𬼀</span>或听百一助身。或开随</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b14"/><span class="tx">得诸长。而百一供身不必说净。诸馀长财</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b15"/><span class="tx">必须捨净。若准声闻仪。先请现前有德人</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b16"/><span class="tx">为净主。然後所得诸长纵一尺六寸廣八寸</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b17"/><span class="tx">以上之衣。十日之中对一比丘必须作净。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b18"/><span class="tx">若不说净至十一口。得犯长罪。同離衣</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b19"/><span class="tx">过。又地持瑜伽等大乘律具出菩萨说净法。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b20"/><span class="tx">况山门授戒时差说净师令行此事。我门</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b21"/><span class="tx">菩萨众谁不奉行乎</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b22"/><span class="tx">一。不可出家菩萨捉触宝物事</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b23"/><span class="tx">右比丘之法超然<span style="font-size:8">ナルヲ</span>为宗。若贪捉钱宝俗徒</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b24"/><span class="tx">无异。故沙弥十戒。八斋加捉宝。况大僧</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529b25"/><span class="tx">乎。若声闻法穀米钱宝净施白衣。令净人</span> <lb ed="T" ed="T" n="0529c04"/><span class="tx">受<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>物与物受等差别。今时禅众等纔合两掌</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c05"/><span class="tx">即表受食。未检诚文不可指南。遥掷<span style="font-size:8">チテ</span></span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c06"/><span class="tx"><ruby chr="ワタシ">过</ruby>食地<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>画<span style="font-size:8">カキ</span>口<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>唱<span style="font-size:8">ス</span>。梵网已说自手作食自磨自舂。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c11"/><span class="tx">虽擧恶触一种意兼宿煮等诸非。若无净</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c12"/><span class="tx">人等者随宜进退<span style="font-size:8">セヨ</span>矣</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c13"/><span class="tx">一。可辨别请别众食背请等免其过事</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c14"/><span class="tx">右小乘律中虽开别请。梵网･仁王皆深制</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c15"/><span class="tx">断。经说。七<persName>佛</persName>无别请法。及此末代谁敢开</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c16"/><span class="tx">听<span style="font-size:8">セン</span>。虽然今时檀越心。皆限约<span style="font-size:8">𬼀</span>等施甚稀。且</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c17"/><span class="tx">准義记後释可加一人僧次欤。别众食者。</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c18"/><span class="tx">若常住僧食无别众过。若<span style="font-size:8">シハ</span>于<span style="font-size:8">テモ</span>寺内。若<span style="font-size:8">シハ</span></span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c19"/><span class="tx">于<span style="font-size:8">テモ</span>聚落。四人以上受檀越请。在一处食而</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c20"/><span class="tx">不集界内众僧。此名别众食。若在聚落应</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c21"/><span class="tx">鸣楗槌。若在僧寺可加僧次之人也。背</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c22"/><span class="tx">请者。受施主请已不捨与馀人。更受异主</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c23"/><span class="tx">食。此名背请。凡信施功重。檀主恩深。而贪</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c24"/><span class="tx">情为先。别背任心。岂是大士慈行乎</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c25"/><span class="tx">一。不可半月佈萨阙怠事</span> <lb ed="T" n="0529c26"/><span
